I ordered an accent chair Herrera floral print. I just received package and it was wrong chair a cottage style chair not even close to the one i ordered. i called and they said they would send email with return label for me to send back. I informed them I don't have a printer, and they said i was out of luck. Also their answer was for the error is that they do have hiccups in their system. They had the nerve to ask if I would like another chair, I said if you don't get it right the first time, I will never use your website again.

Super disappointed honestly. I ordered 3 stools and they gave me completely different stools that I obviously did not order. I emailed them just for them to tell me that they didn’t even have the stools I was supposed to receive from the beginning. They have offered me a refund or a partial refund if I want to keep these but that does not pay back the time I wasted coming to pick them up, unload them from my car, unboxing one, loading it back up, and now driving BACK to their store. I will not be doing business with them again. I would hate to order something they never actually had to begin with and do this all over again. Your best bet is going in store to see what they actually have there.

Very disappointing experience - all of the employees were huddled at the front desk talking amongst themselves.. Literally didn’t see an associate on the floor the entire time I was there.

Yes, but the inventory changes often. Their inventory is on the website.
Must wear mask upon entering. Staff was wearing them too.
