I had three interviews (one via phone, two via Zoom) for a position at this company. Throughout the interview process, the new HR director assured me various times she would not leave me wondering where I stood as an applicant; however, two months has passed and the job listing has been taken down and I never heard back. What a disappointment to exert all of that time and effort into a company who doesn't have the decency to hold their promise.

Be sure you get your order 100% correct before you place it. I forgot to add one item to a $758.00 order. The next day I noticed my error and since it was the weekend I went ahead and ordered the item. I chatted online with Amanda Monday morning and we refused to combine the orders even though they had NOT shipped yet and save me the $12.00 shipping charge. The also claimed she did not have a supervisor that I could talk to. They make a good product, but their customer service is atrocious.
