From when I stepped in the door until I left, it was easy to see that this is a VERY well run office. I was greeted promptly and in a very friendly manner, and was offered a coffee or water. I was taken back to a consultation room to finish filling out my information, and I was checked on to make sure I didn't have any questions. I waited in that room to be taken back to the exam room, and the doctor was running behind. But unlike so many other doctor office visits, staff routinely checked on and updated me, everyone apologizing for the wait. Premier recognizes that we show up on time, so should they - and they were phenomenal about owning the fact that they were running a little behind (we're talking like 20 minutes, by the way, I didn't mind at all). At the end of the day, I actually don't mind waiting - I just want to know what's going on. I was taken back to the exam room with the tech (I don't want to offend anyone's position if this incorrect, this is layman talk!), and wow, they were READY. I was coming in for what I thought was a misaligned jaw, that's what I told them when I called. Everything was ready in the room that they needed, and the tech was an absolute pro, and she was super fun to work/talk with to boot, and said she loves working there. I'm embarrassed I didn't remember names :-(. As we were walking back to the consultation room to meet Dr. Beninato, I noticed that the walls were adorned with pictures and portraits of patients and their smiles, which I liked. And the place is simply immaculate and exceptionally well managed. Dr.Beninato was very personable and obviously knowledgeable. What I loved about him most is that he included the tech in the discussion. Not just making sure she was there, but asking opinions and actually being collaborative. So refreshing to watch a professional understand that they have a staff for reason, and their rapport made it very clear that they operate as a team. My wife referred me there, and she reminded me that Disney teaches other companies how to operate with their "Disney Experience." Many if not all of the dentist offices I've visited could use a seminar the "Premier Experience." Simply top notch.

I went in for a cleaning, exam and x-rays. They told me what I already knew, had some deep pockets and bone loss. They said my insurance only covered regular cleanings and that I would have to pay them extra to do the deep pockets. So I already knew this and that I had to wait a year before my dental insurance would cover that. Just wanted my teeth look nicer and fell better by just getting a regular cleaning but they said there is no need to do it. Besides, we just made a lot of money from your insurance company from doing what you already knew. Thanks a lot guys, pretty classy! I called them and told them to remove me from there system. At least I won’t be getting 10 emails and text messages a month now.

They told me that it would cost almost $500.00 to have a tooth pulled. When I told them that I didn't have dental insurance, they then said, "Oh, well we could take it out for half of that if you’re paying out of pocket". Pretty unethical! There all about the money. No thank you.
