The front desk receptionist was very nice (Drea). Everyone there was friendly enough, it was all just very slow. I had an appointment at 5, waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes, then waited in an exam room for 45 minutes. One of the X-Ray machines was down and the X-Rays on the computer took time to work. It wasn’t a super cleanly looking place. After reading reviews about billing, I’m nervous for what my bill will be for the X-Rays and exam as it wasn’t discussed. The doctor said I needed a root canal and then he suggested a root canal on another tooth as well. I went to my dentist today and I did indeed need a root canal on one of the teeth and I got that done, but she didn’t see a need for one on the other tooth.

Long wait but worth it. Recommend Dr Belling Michael!! I didn’t go through with the procedure but he made sure I aware of exactly what was going on with my tooth infection.

Some of the staff is friendly, but I do not think they provide the best care for several reasons: (1) understaffed to see patient load they agree to see (2) questionable sterility - as I noticed the technician grab instruments from other areas that were not in sterile packs (3) did not follow any of the recommended protocols for safe removal of metal fillings aside from providing glasses which are provided for all procedures (4) did not go over other options for care or risks associated with working on two high risk teeth in a patient with disclosed TMJ disease (5) did not show me permanent crowns before putting them in (6) cut through new crown and neighboring tooth with atypical instrument when floss wouldn’t work (7) damage to neighboring tooth which is a risk but now have new tooth with issue and am terrified after this to return to dentist. I know it was ultimately my choice to go to this office. After much consideration I feel that the doctor had it in his power to say, “your care could wait (knowing that he was not going to provide the best care available).” He did not do that though - whether about production and bonus or just not thinking it through on a busy day - either way, not great care and not really excusable from an ethical standpoint for the oath a medical professional takes upon graduation. If you can wait, I would wait.

Dr. Tobler and Magen were awesome.

Their website doesn't list specific insurance networks, but states that they do work with most networks. Medicaid in Nebraska is covered under the United Health Care network, so while I cannot say 100% that they do work with Medicaid, I would be surprised if they didn't. You can also check with United to see if this office is in their network.

Depends on the coverage that you are willing to pay for with AFLAC. Usually the higher you are willing to pay in premiums, the more coverage they are willing to offer. That being said, we do see patients with this insurance plan.
Call them I did and was seen within and hour I called
