I would give it negative stars for horrible service. They have had me come back several times and keep telling me different things in regards to paperwork. Every time I do what one person says it changes. They not only are wasting my time but the other people involved. Worst bank ever. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them. Glad they are not my bank.

Will lie to get your business!!! We have been doing business at this location for 14 years! Now they decide to screw us over with no explanation! Don't recommend BOA and especially this location! Jason.C and John.D have both been extremely unprofessional to deal with IMO.

Kind worker at the desk, very helpful, and has precautions for Covid safety (a person who opens the door, floor tiles marked for social distancing, two tellers and one worker at the desk for other things, workers wear masks, though not all customers do).
