This sonic deserves the low ratings I’ve seen across the board. Went there tonight. First it took about 10 minutes to even get an answer after pressing button. Then the location was out of ice cream and buns. These are two things that are ordered very often at sonic. I will be contacting corporate as well. I also will let everyone I know not to go there.

Went a few weeks ago for a happy hour slushee. Pulled up to the drive thru and had a rushed voice say something. I asked several times to repeat what was said to no avail. After waiting an additional few minutes decided they had said no drive they for that day. So I parked at a stall and pushed the button. It immediately turned back off. I pushed the button again and waited at least 5 minutes to place an order. They never took my order. There were only two other vehicles in the stalls. I understand employee shortages these days, but the way they handled that store that day is unacceptable. Lost a customer. I will not go back to this location.

tots are old and hard as a rock, and don’t expect any chili or cheese even if you order it. my medium “chili cheese” tot is basically a small as well.

Just pulled through the drive thru usually it sort of busy. Now I know why the parking lot was empty besides 2 sitting teenagers. When I pulled up I asked about the onion rings. This store has been out for awhile so I was just curious. They said that the onion rings machine is down (believable had a friend in high school that work for sonic ). She said “Is that all you wanted?-Okay bye!” I didn’t even get a chance to answer! When I called on the machine stating I wasn’t done ordering no one came back. I shouted “Excuse, I’m sorry I’m not done ordering” no one came back. It was rude! I understand that some people don’t want to work but freaking a don’t show up for work then. Some people are hungry and go out for a raise. Funny part about this whole situation I get people don’t want to work and need a mental boost so I was going to tip them $20 for maybe a $30 order.
