Very busy for a Monday night. Waiter was very busy. Our appetizer arrived when we were done with our main course. It looked like it had been sitting out, tried to send it back but they just left it anyway.

This Chili's was extremely BUSY when we visited. Chelsie was our server, and she was outstanding, and especially considering how busy she was. The restaurant was clean and had hand sanitizer readily available. Masks aren't required for customers.

I expected so much more from Chili's, a popular restaurant chain. I could get a better meal from Burger King. My fries were cold, burger was okay. I guess because all the employees were having a meeting in the kitchen around 3pm. Didnt care if I wanted a refill or ketchup for my 16 cooled fries, since the bottle at my table was empty.

I will say i have been to this this location in the past and it was a terrible experience and have not returned in a couple of years.BUT yesterday I gave it another try and was very surprised. We had a wonderful server and the food was great. I had the 6oz sirloin cooked perfect medium rare and crisp perfectly cooked asparagus.the only complaint was they were sold out of many beer choices but i do recommend the BlackBerry margarita
