Very nice sales person, but when asked to put quote in writing, quote changed slightly lower. Sales person told me i could use the $300 coupon on line to lower cost in person, but when I asked him in writing put a coupon from their web site for $300 for replacement of a/c and sales person said no, "already gave that to you" that was not on the quote. Use caution, fine print gets you every time. If you don't ask for something that was discussed you may never get it.

My install crew was Nick B, Gilbert, and Buddy. The guys were a pleasure to have in (and outside sweating lol) my home. They are professional and knowledgeable in air conditioning/heating industry. I am a tech guy by trade and had lots of questions. They always had an objective answer for me. Can't say enough good about these three fellas. Cleaned as they went and left my garage and side yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.
