If I could give no stars I would. I have done business with this company since 2001 and I'm very disappointed into the direction that they have gone which is poor customer service, poor quality work, poor quality product. I had a bad tire that was under warranty with them the other day called to bring it in tell me that they don't have 15 minutes to do a single loose tire and wheel combination off of our suburban. So then I call Firestone which is the same company because that's who we have the credit card with they have me bring it in it took them over an hour to do one tire which is ridiculous because it only takes 15 minutes to dismount, mount, and balance the tire. On top of that my wife brings in our suburban on that following Wednesday to Firestone because Tires Plus doesn't have time again. Firestone said that it's going to take an hour and a half to do two tires and alignment which the alignment was under warranty takes them 3 hours to do two tires and then as my wife goes up there to pay the bill tells her they did not have time to do the alignment. On top of that every time Tires Plus has done an alignment on our vehicles in the last 2 years they have left the upper control arms loose causing alignment issues popping and banging as you're driving the vehicle. We will for now be doing our business with Discount Tire and finding another alignment shop. On top of that their top quality tires which they say are their firestones which were a 70,000 mi tire didn't even go 40,000 miles before they had to be replaced very poor quality product as well.
