Went in to upstate my Apple Watch. Scott Knight was our sales rep, I told him how I had my phone in order, and he had one there in store! So I now have my new phone and watch!! Scott was the best BTW, he stayed after hours to help us and that meant the world to us!! Thank you!

I don't know that was our first phone purchase from them. Call an ask them they are nice.

Try shutting down phone and turning it back on. Did you install a new app? You may need to roll it back.
