Went to office to pick up my wife’s prescription and was told the doctor didn’t sign off on it. My wife had spoken to someone at the front desk (2 days before) and was told everything was good and that the doctor signed off on her chart to get prescription for contacts. They took her payment of over a hundred dollars for contacts and she wanted prescription also. Needless to say, nothing was true other than them taking payment for contacts. I handed over my phone to the worker so she could talk to my wife and she puts phone on speaker and gave attitude AND a FACE in front of me. Needless to say, that conversation didn’t go well. This PERSON should be happy she has a job at all. So when you call and get one of them, keep in mind THE FACE being given while you’re talking to them.

I waisted gas and time and I would not recommend. (Did not even get to see the eye doctor to be fair) need better office staff!
