Went into store, was able to place order immediately but was behind 4 other orders...one for 14 drinks. OK, waited. Got order, went to my car and realized it was wrong. Went back in, told lady who took my order that it was wrong, I had ordered a venti flat white with Almondmilk. Got grande flat white with Almondmilk and honey. Yuk! They didn't tell me but apparently when your drink is wrong and they have to fix it you are put back in line. Unless, you tell the person giving out orders because they immediately fix another person's order while I waited. It was very busy but when mine was still not up 6 people later I asked. THAT is when they said I was put back into line and had to continue to wait for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE! I was late for work at this point so just asked for refund. She said she would put it back on my account...not done yet, may have to stop in after work.

Amazing as ever ! Food and service is always on point. We drive 1 1/2 hours each hours way just to eat there. We'll worth the trip. Great wine selection

Pretty fast for how many customers they see. Smiling faces each time I pull up to the window. Consistent quality products. Would like to see the prices lower back to what feels good to spend on coffee and drinks for the day.
