Everything was great only complaint the tub stopper didn't work, but we used a wash cloth to help stop the water for a bath.

WAY TOO expensive for the stay we had ($250?!!) Part of that was a $40 pet fee but still….we’ve stayed in really nice NYC hotels for that price!!! Our room was tiny, one full size bed right by the elevator. In the middle of nowhere. Nothing fancy or worth the money. Rougher crowd than before too. Hallways definitely smell like weed. Person at the desk at check in was not friendly at all. Morning person was nice but she agreed with me that it is way too overpriced. She said “I am embarrassed when people call and ask our rates.” Just overall not happy. It’s disappointing as we normally love Holliday Inns. We definitely won’t be back. If I am going to pay that price, it better be MUCH nicer than this simple overnight destination.

The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and a very, very strong odor of weed. The bathroom needed to be a little cleaner. I didn’t try breakfast, hotel staff were polite and friendly, located right next to truck stop & interstate. Bed was comfy in my opinion. The hotel & town was convenient to nearby Amish country, but I would not stay in this hotel or town again. Update- manager said they had no record of my stay here & provided an email to address my concerns. I sent the confirmation of my stay to the email. I very much did stay at this exact hotel. Nobody ever got back with me. Again, a reflection of the quality of this hotel. Just my opinion.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. It's close to Shipshewana, IN, but far enough away that they usually have rooms. This hotel is pet friendly which makes it convenient for us to make last minute plans and take our pup with us instead of having to find a kennel. From what I understand, certain rooms are pet friendly and the rest are not. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Staff is friendly, the pool is warm and it's close to I80/90. The breakfast is hot and has a great assortment including sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, yogurt, rolls, pancakes and more. There is always hot coffee in the lobby. This hotel is close to the interstate and you can hear some road noise. There is an exercise room on site.
