Please read all of the reviews before booking this hotel. Awful experience. I stay in hotels very regularly with my job and am a choice hotels member and this is the worst I’ve had to deal with yet. The list is long… Wifi did not work. The curtains suck and let a bunch of light in from the street lights in the parking lot. Rooms were filthy. Linens were stained. Shower curtain was molded. Fridge didn’t work. AC was a hit and miss (can’t imagine how bad it’d be in the summer months if it struggles in march). Bad smell throughout the entire hotel. Pool out of order, and the list could go on. But out of all of these issues, the worst was the hotel staff. Extremely unprofessional and argumentative. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Do NOT stay here.

Absolutely horrible hotel. We saw a roach as soon as we walked in the hotel room. Rooms were very unclean. Stains on sheets and towels. Staff is horribly rude. We were charged for an additional night that we had cancelled, spoke with a staff member who assured us we wouldn’t be charged, then we were and the hotel will take no responsibility for it even though they have record of us checking out. I have been hung up on by employees, told I would receive call backs from managers, and they still have not corrected the issue. At this point I am having to dispute the charge from my credit card company. You are better off at a motel 6. This hotel is crooked and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Negative: The floor in my room was filthy. The customer service was the worst I¿ve experienced. The staff either didn¿t act like they wanted to be there and the next day they did not show discretion or work in a professional manner.
