This hotel was disgusting upon arrival. The toilet seat had spots of what looked to be urine on it. The shower had black hair on the floor. The comforter also had hair under the folded area up top. I was instantly turned off and felt like I shouldn’t even let my 10 month old be on the floor. There was rust debris on the side tables of the bed and the TV stand. everything in the room was old and dated. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I was glad that we were only staying one night. I would have not been able to be comfortable here any longer than that.

The hotel needs a refresh - many wall dings, scraped paint on room doors, carpet in the room that smelled bad, etc. Elevator doors were dirty, there were water splatters on walls in common areas. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. Debris in corners, food crumbs in cupboard that housed the refrigerator. The room had a musty odor. We stay at Hilton properties (some of them Hampton Inns) and this was by far the most "tired" and "worn" property we have stayed at. We definitely expected more for the price we paid. The desk clerk(s) were not present when we arrived at check-in. When they did appear, they were not very welcoming. I know that's not a big deal, but we stayed the previous night in another chain hotel, and the warm greeting and great service they gave us meant something to us.

We stayed here to be close to Warren Dunes State Park. Nice hotel! The rooms were really nice. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great. The pool was clean and warm. Highly recommend!

Overall our stay was a nightmare. We called and booked over the phone for 2 rooms, we where quoted one price but when we got there we where told another price, it was a lot more then we where quoted. And then they had one of our rooms checked out a day early so there was and an other additional charge. Had to beg for clean towels and trash to be emptied. And yes we asked house keeping to get the towels and trash each day. We had to call or if we seen house keeping get them from them. Anytime we called to get towels they would say that they would be up shortly an hour later we called down and asked about them and they said they just put them in the dryer. I wouldn't have been as upset if they just led with they where being washed. Also if you have a big group like 6 they don't give you enough. One last thing the fire alarm went off the first night at 5:30 am.
