I had to give one star to post this. Was a -10 today. Old cold tacos. Told me they were just cooked. Not even 100°. Crew eating while serving food, standing around doing nothing. Girl up front making faces at me and just plain rude cuz I wanted money back. Didn't even offer to fix order, just gave me back same bag when I said it was cold.

They couldn't get the order right. Then, I had to ask for stuff that I had ordered that they hadn't made, then they were hateful and nasty. Got home, order wasn't made right. They used to be the best, now...terrible.

Always get the tacos, they’re good at other Jack’s I’ve been to. This one was terrible. They were ice cold and the crunchy part at the top was stale, it was so rubbery I couldn’t even chew it. The part with the meat was so cold and greasy. IDK where they had these sitting but they were definitely not fresh. I tried to call but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Couldn’t go back cause my husband dropped dinner off on his way back to work. Just terrible.
