I have had an open maintenance request to fix my broken air conditioner since 5/18/22. An appointment for a technician was scheduled for 6/27/22, however the technician never showed up or contacted me to reschedule. I have been trying to speak with someone at Phillip Scott Management about this issue for a week but nobody has returned my calls or responded to my emails. When I call the “maintenance line”, I get told that they will “update the work order” however nothing is actually done about it. Will someone please contact me to get this issue resolved? I may have to contact an attorney.

This is not a business, you are a slumlord.The meaning of SLUMLORD is a landlord who receives unusually large profits from substandard, poorly maintained properties. You are taking advantage of people and running a shell game. People like you, is whats wrong with the world. You are disgusting and the light is being shined very bright on PSMI, many will know about the substandard and down right deplorable conditions you are making people live in, while still collecting thier rent.

This is ridiculous I have had a maintenance request in for 3 days with no reply. My ac is not working in the summer time and a newborn baby in the apartment as well we had to leave the past 2 nights due to extreme heat in the unit. You call the numbers and they go to voicemail with full inboxes. And the maintenance line just keeps saying they will update the ticket which is zero help.

Wow they keep your deposit after you move($950) to be exact, give you a 30 days notice to vacate randomly and then sell your information to bill collector and try to mess up your credit with false payments you owe not to mention I have paper work and correspondence in writing from Phillip Scott and Adriana who works for them DO NOT RENT WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEY HAVE AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND I WILL BE GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUERAU!

Tell me about it they promised to fix all the dangerous mold but Andy the manager was rude and screamed at a senior citizen and nothing ever got done! Shameless
