Stopped by today and had, I believe her name was Patricia, as our cashier, and she was amazing! I normally get nervous about asking for sauces because I like a lot but she did not make me feel bad at all and got our order perfect. I literally go out of my way to go back to places that give great customer service like this. Made me sad that the poor lady went to go to the bathroom and I went back to order a couple more items and the other employees didnt seem to want to help and seemed comfused and kept looking around for her until she finished going to the restroom and walked back in and finished taking my order. Not sure what was going on there but thank you for being patient and kind and attentive Patricia!

Ordered extra crispy got original. That is the second time this has happened. Get it together KFC! But food was still good just not what I ordered. Part 2 of this review..Ok..just picked up our food drove 7 minutes away ...our chichen was totally soggy and 2 of the 8 pieces looked old...mashed potatoes tasted almost like mildew. Cole slaw just ok. We are done with this location..everything went into the trash after a couple of bites. If i wasn't so tired i would have driven back and demanded my money back. Hope we don't get sick from the couple bites we had. STAY AWAY!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Ordered via doordash and found paper in my pot pie. Tried to call and speak to the manager and got a call back from someone else. Was told that my name would be in their book and that was the end of it. Guess the manager wasn't too concerned with contaminated food coming out of their building.
