As an office manager I dread having any patient arrive via Ambassador. Dispatch is profoundly rude and they have left patients after surgery multiple times which is negligence. I have contacted the insurance company after numerous patients and staff have complained about the treatment received by this company. My staff and I have never been spoken to by any company the way Ambassador continuously does. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager only to have the person with the worst behavior claim to be the manager. People claiming to be Kevin and Steve are notorious for screaming at my staff. This behavior is evidently condoned and encouraged at the corporate level. If your family member needs transportation do not use this company.

My son uses them through the school district to go to school. At least twice a week, they are late at least 1 way or the other, the driver was texting amd driving multiple time ls (purposely, son got video at least twice, which we sent to the district), tamd then they would start complaining after our son had a shoulder injury and couldn't put on the seat belt, and the driver refused to help him get the seat belt on. Then they are now calling the school and complaining that he would take a sip of whatever drink he has for school on his 45 minute ride to school... It seems like once you report a safety violation to their company, they start treating you like garbage, worse then before you complained...
