Hi Ann. We do an extensive check-in process to see the entire scope of work the bike is recommended to have done while it is here, but generally speaking a Complete Tune Up starts at $90. -Brian
We do not stock Origin8 handlebars, however they are available from a distributor of ours via special-order, typically with 2 day shipping to the store.
