Love these guys! They have helped me out so many many times. Most recently fixing my son's brand new bike that I managed to break 💔. Kind, thorough. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!! And a surprisingly good selection of helmets for sale - much better to be able to try them on.

I could not possibly say enough good things about this shop and the people who work there. I had a derailleur blow out about 20 miles from the shop. Managed to get there and was greeted buy a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kenny was the bike mechanic on duty and it was more than apparent that he loved bikes, bikers, and helping people out. Not only did he find a derailleur and hanger bracket that would work (at one point even saying if he had his own bike there he would have stole parts from that if needed (and I believed him fully)), he also just went into full bike care mode. trued a tire, fixed a rack issue, and more. When I was test riding it Kenny even gave me some bike fitting advise. None of it came off as snobby, just someone who loved everything bike and wanted to share that love. I live in PA and I think when I buy my next bike, I might just buy it from them, the trip will be more than worth it.

While riding down the C&O, we had a derailleur get ripped off one of our bikes. After converting to single speed and hobbling 20 miles down the trail, we arrived at Sheperdstown around 5:30. The guys at Pedal & Paddle were great. They dropped everything and figured out a way to get us back on the road. By sundown we were back to the trail, setting up our tents at Antietam Creek. The work was great and the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I stopped in at this shop during labor day weekend for tubes after popping all my spares while doing the C&O trail. I left with new tires, all new tubes, an extra spacer ring, new tire tape and the biggest amount of respect i could have for a shop/bike mechanic...all within half an hour This place was above anything I had expected or deserved. I did not catch the dudes name but the amount of knowledge and attention he gave to me was beyond crazy. He adjusted and chatted to me the entire time while still showing every bit attentiveness to what he was doing. He fixed and adjusted every problem known and unknown to me and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience
