Update - “Julie” from Boston Market just replied to my review with the same canned response that they’ve left to every negative review for the past six months. It seems if they were actually addressing these issues, things would have improved… Just went inside, place looks abandoned. Outside hasn’t been maintained, inside looks like today is their last day. Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes and no one came out from the back to wait on us. Walked out.

We ordered from Boston Market using active menus we got there to pick up food was great the staff was great Salise and the guy with pink hair were the best always makes food better when the service good also.. We will use active menus to order again❤

A little disappointed they didn't have turkey💔 I chose the ribs and they were yummy😋 I wish I would have gotten the window persons named because she was so helpful she was awesome! More fast food places need to have employees like her🤩

Several months ago, I made a special trip there from 3 towns away, only to find out they were closed on that particular day due to a staffing shortage. It happens, I was disappointed, but life carries on. Yesterday, I called about an hour in advance to ensure that they were open that day. They were, so I made the trip there. After waiting at the drive-through intercom for 5 minutes with no sign of an employee, I call the place, only to be told it's "Online orders only." Of course, that wasn't relayed to me during the first call. Apparently, if management isn't there, they can't accept drive-through orders, which is bizarre and makes literally no sense. And oh yeah, their parking lot is chock-full of potholes. This place was once "permanently closed" according to Google in the recent past and it may as well be again. It's run down and a complete waste of time.
