I would look elsewhere. They started with a bunion repair, I got a crooked toe. They made me very expensive orthotics which have ruined 2 pair of expensive shoes. They required a hefty deposit on the orthotics which they told me was covered by my insurance. They lied trying to tell me I was reimbursed by my insurance co. Now almost a year later, They still have not submitted to my insurance co properly so they can get paid and reimburse me. Their back room is inept. I will not darken their doorway again for care this awful.

Would highly recommend them, I had a problem with the growth on the side of my one foot, made an appointment that day they got me in and did their magic and soon I was walking with no pain. So professional and man they are good. Thanks

I have been a patient of Cortez Foot & Ankle until today, when I asked that I be taken out of their patient records. On my first visit an ointment was prescribed and I was charged $77 for the product - asked to sign a form that stated no returns. In using this ointment, my toes became red and very painful. I tried again to use the prescribed medication and again had the same allergic reaction. I phoned the practice and went in to ask for a refund (since I was unable to use their prescribed ointment). They were very off-putting and reminded me that I had signed their initial form. I guess this practice isn't into helping their patients ‐ but only in the business of making money.
