It's says they were open until 9 pm on their website, and they were not even open at 7pm.

Staff was very rude and rushed my family off our lane. Lanes and computers are dated bowling balls are damaged and very old. floors are over waxed. slipped multiple times just walking on the wood floors. Won’t be coming back

No, I don't believe they take reservations, but it's usually helpful to call ahead a few minutes and see how busy they are prior to going, see how many open lanes they have.
