Heather runs the show effortlessly. She is ALWAYS there if you need anything. She strives to make you sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. Very convenient to local stores and restaurants and very close to the hospital as I am a Travel Nurse. Couldn’t ask for a better host to my stay. A great option if you are stopping through New Castle.

Wow I don’t even know where too start!!! This place has went above and beyond for everything for me heather is on call 24-7 when I need her and she don’t half to she calls and checks on us guys and make sure we have everything we need she is very very respectful and so is the other staff. The rooms are so clean you could eat off the floor. I work from out of state in from Texas and I come here to stay 4 weeks straight and some time longer cause I work in the oil field and my wife sends me stuff in the mail and heather goes above and beyond to get it for me and put it in my room when she don’t half to do that what so ever ! And let me tell you this I work 7 days a week 12 to 14 hours a day and I really don’t have time to do much when I get off besides shower and eat and go to bed and one day I told her that I’m going to have my wife send me some laundry soap cause I don’t have rhe time to stop what do you know the next day I came to my room I had everything there that I told her I was going to have my wife do for me she made the time to go do it for me which Is very much appreciated from myself and my wife and I tried given her the money back on what it cost and she told me to pay it forwards one day and wouldn’t take it I’m bless to be able to stay here !!! And so would you!!!

I'm a traveler and this was my first time visiting here. Heather was extremely warm, helpful, and always available; she went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and I felt at home. If I travel to this area again I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The management team that run this gem of a furnished extended stay are top notch because they are always on time with being helpful and making sure that the guest is comfortable and has everything the guests need. The apartment I stayed in was very roomy, and we'll appointed with kitchenware.ade my stay in New Castle much more relaxing and enjoyable. This is the only place I will stay in the area.
