Thought I would leave a good review in the sea of bad ones. I assume that the only people who have reviewed this place are the ones who had a bad time. My experience was as expected and everyone was fast and helpful.

ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES - DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY Med Express charged our credit card $320 - and never sent a statement or any other notification to us. I happened to see the charge on my credit card statement and that is how I found out we were charged. My husband was the patient. Med Express refused to treat him until we gave our credit card number. When I saw the charge on our credit card statement, I called the insurance company, who advised that Med Express billed them under an incorrect code and they rejected the bill AND NOTED THAT THE CHARGE WAS NOT BILLABLE TO THE PATIENT (my husband). MED EXPRESS CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD ANYWAY. Once the bill is properly coded, my husband will only owe $50. I called Med Express to ask why they charged our credit card and they gave me a lot of double talk. This stunt - billing our credit card, despite the insurance company stating the patient is NOT to be billed - is ILLEGAL.

Misdiagnosed my son with a fracture shoulder and dislocated elbow. If you can’t read X-ray scans then don’t take in patients. Urgently tells me to go straight to children’s. Then had the audacity to file an abuse case because my story wasnt lining up with the injury? How much sense does that make. Almost 10 hours my son has 0 food or drinks. That’s child abuse right there. Children’s found 0 injuries. Not even a single freaking fracture or dislocated anything. You know what’s child abuse, misinformation and fraud. I wish I can give 0 stars. Do not take your kids here. Don’t even take yourself here. Unprofessional and they should have their license suspended. Complaints will be filing! Shame on you!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My boyfriend cut open his foot. Placed stitches in the wrong place, they just looked wrong. But nonetheless we waited the 7-10 days to take them out as advised. The day after my boyfriend got them taken out, the wound reopened completely. He was just laying in bed when it reopened and had moved his foot the wrong way, he was doing nothing strenuous. Basically a waste of two trips there to get them in and out. Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing here. I would go elsewhere if you need something stitched up.
