First the good..Food was hot and eggs cooked perfect. Sweet staff. I ordered home fries,.corned.beer hash.and 2 eggs sunny side up. I couldn't taste the flavor of the corned beef as it was overwhelmed by fennel (herb according to waitstaff). Since I'd mixed my eggs in that pretty much killed the breakfast as I didn't like the taste. I informed the waitress who deducted my coffee. I also had coleslaw and asked for a to go box that never came, so I gave up as she was kinda slow. The lady behind the bar was on it with coffee refills! I tipped $4 because people need to make a living, so esentially i paid $16.70 for a cup of coffee. First time there and that rubbed me the wrong way. I wouldn't have minded paying half for ingredients costs, but to eat a few bites and only save on the coffee! I'm new in town and trying different, local restaurants and will be unlikely to return.
