I have been trying to switch to cvs and found those people to be very rude in person and on the phone i could hear when they put me on hold over and over and waited 15 min and still got no answer. Stop and Shop here i come. your store manager is useless also. cannot relay a message. where has customer service gone to.

When they answer the phone the pharmacist is pleasant. Unfortunately, I've been on hold for 30 min. The cost of my medicine through my insurance was double the cost of GoodRX which is easily available to everyone for free. Next time I will have to check pricing in advance. Otherwise they will gouge the price. REDICULOUS!

Store staff are nice enough, but the pharmacy has more than once been short with my medications and the pharmacy staff aren’t very respectful when you try to bring this to their attention. I’ve had enough of it and am changing my pharmacy. UPDATE: Have moved to another pharmacy down the road and they are SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. Staff are actually RESPECTFUL to their clients.

Perhaps the rudest pharmacists ever. Showed up at 1:25 and they actually shut the gate on me and told me they had to go to lunch and come back at 2. Stay away from this location!
