Wish I could give this place a 0 rating. Staff was very rude, talk to you like you’re beneath them. I’m sure they are understaffed but no reason to treat people poorly. They are absolutely miserable and definitely don’t try to hide it. I will never go back.

The people drawing blood are nice and good at their job. I made an appointment online but I guess that is the same as a walk in. The receptionist treat you terribly and talk smack about their patients. They also let people who walk in after as walk ins go ahead of you.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Please do not go there if you can avoid it. They will let you wait for hours, collect your co payment, let in people who arrived after you and then in the end, lock you inside a tiny room to wait for a doctor who never bothered to come. After two hours waiting at the claustrophobic room, I finally opened the door and saw a man sitting there and doing absolutely nothing, who claimed to be the doctor and told me the reason why they were so slow was because he was left there all alone to see all the patients. It is just that I never saw him actually 'seeing' any patient, just sitting there and doing nothing. I had no idea how long would I wait inside the room, so I just decided to leave. I asked the front desk person to refund my co payment money, but they said that they could not do that and gave me a phone number instead to call the next day and ask for my money back. I forgot to mention that when I went to the front desk to complain for people allowed to get in before me (who arrived later) I was told that they had life threatening emergencies. This is not true, just because I know, when I went here in the past asking to be seen, with a life threatening emergency, they refused to see me telling me to go to the emergency room, because they were just an urgent care clinic. While today they lied to me saying that the people who went in before me had life threatening emergencies. Seriously, this place should be shut down as soon as possible. I can't wait to call for my money back tomorrow and to complain about this absurd behavior and a total rip off.

Front staff is rude and I got turned away with a really injured finger because there was no kne there for xray, even though they say they do it. Didn't even get to give my name before she turned me away with attitude. Worst place ever
