I’ve gone to multiple locations of this business and never had any real issues. I went a couple days ago to get a eye brow wax. I normally don’t have a specific request for someone because I’ve never had a bad experience where one of the girls messes up my eyebrows. I have thick eyebrows that are difficult to mess up since there’s plenty to play with lol Well this time is the first time I unfortunately have to complain. I don’t recall the girls name but I do recall her mentioning she had a survey where someone complained about her as a trainee(this was after she’d “finished” my eyebrows) the young lady is very sweet. However she definitely needs to have more training in regards to eyebrows at this point. When I’ve gone in, the girls always trim the eyebrow hairs, wax under, above and in between the brows. I’m never left with irritation or anything. This time, the young lady didn’t actually finish my eyebrows. She trimmed them, started waxing one under the brow. Did it multiple times and seemed to have a little trouble pulling the wax off(which it happens so nothing wrong here) but then she only passed wax under my other eyebrow once and then applied baby powder and finished very quickly. I don’t get my eyebrows done more than once or twice a year as they grow pretty nicely to where it’s not necessary. My last eyebrow appointment was February 15 this year. When she finished she mentioned how one eyebrow needed to grow the end a bit more and how the other brow was perfect. I went in with my eyebrows completely full. Once I got in the car I realized she had burned my eyelid under the brow. I thought, it can’t be that bad. Well 2 days later, it’s actually really bad and starting to peel and it’s actually painfully irritated. One eyebrow is literally missing the end of it and the rest of my brows are like nothing was done above or in the middle. The girl is very sweet but she clearly needs better training on eyebrows or maybe not do eyebrows at all. Update: I have a scar now on my upper lid from this wax.
