Terrible location for mobile / online ordering… if you like paying normal prices and getting hardly anything that you order than this Chipotle location is for you. My bowl looked like a bowl for a little toddler. I could see the bottom of my bowl before even taking one bite… I would not recommend ordering online and would just stand in the long line.

The worst experience as a door dasher in this location, I have been doing DD for two years and I never had a problem before with the employees of this location. There is an Afro American employee that wears pink braids who is mean and rude to me every time that I ask for my order, he either do not look at me when I ask and don't answer me or he can have my order on his hands and I ask to give it to me please and he just keep walking towards the shelf and leave it there and roll his eyes on me. Today he made me wait 12 min for and order that was ready, once again he saw me there waiting, the restaurant was empty and he doesn't even say can I help you or what's the name or your order as normally other employees do, well, another door dash fella came in he was afro American and this employee immediately came to him and ask him the name of his order. We don't need more hate in this world to me he was been raicist , you know, fair is fair and as a company you have to treat your costumers right and with respect. What an awful experience. I am a costumer as well and I am not buying anything from this store again. If this location thinks it’s easy to be a dasher I dare you guys to come on and try to chase your orders at least one day. Despite the snow, the wind, the rain, the cold we have to do it, and then try to deal with mean or rude employees is totally ridiculous.

I waited outside today for them to open and one minute before they were scheduled to open they put a sign on the door for online only ordering. Between the change scam they have been running and their inconsideration for their customers I’m finished. Too many other options out there. I’ll never go to any Chipotle again. Same type of experience at the Sharonville location and the Loveland one.

The chipotle I remember paying almost $10.00 a burrito/ bowl for was enough to feed me for dinner and lunch the next day. Isn't that the visual chipotle has sold themselves on? Burritos bursting at the seems and bowls overflowing with fresh ingredients piled with cheese and sour cream? Tonight I got a childs serving of mushy rice, dry chicken and yellowed cheese, nevermind the one kernel of corn salsa I was able to identify. When I called to speak to a manager.... no answer. Repeatedly again and again. I'd have as soon saved my money and went to Taco Bell. Both thumbs down and one fastly fading star. Booo!
