Paid my taxes almost a week ago using the online system , a week later taxes are still being “processed “ once they’re finished processing I’ll have to wait a few more days for them to send it over to the dmv & a few more days after that for it to show as a 0.00 balance

This was one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had. I asked to speak to a manager because they had the wrong address listed and showed delinquent property taxes from last year and the woman hung up after I waited for 40 mins. I asked for a manager because the person was so rude and mean. I totally understand it's difficult dealing with the public but this was next level rude. My lawyer called them to remove late fee's because my mortgage company proved they sent payment but it was the wrong address and they wouldn't remove it. 0 out of 10. These people are nasty.

The staff are extremely rude!!!! I hate that place, they get worse every Year. I hope someone does a customer service assessment this is Crazy!
