I went to the health dept on 4-12-22 @ 11 30 am to obtain my second booster shot . the receptionist was polite and professional. I waited @ 5 minutes before being called. the nurse administering the booster was also very professional . I honestly did not feel the injection . ( MELBA ?) was friendly , professional with a positive spirit. I was pretty lucky - in and out in @ 25 minutes. it was a good experience. good job staff. JDS -

came for a COVID vaccine i had an appointment for 1:00-1:15. i was forced to wait outside for 2 hours in 28 degrees

Yes both shots must be the same

On January 26, 2021 I received my first Covid vaccine (Pfizer EL 9263) at New Haven HD. I was told I needed to get my second vaccine at the same place I got my first. How do I get an appointment at New Haven HD when there is "none available"?

My first vaccine injection was Pfizer EN6201 given at Weslyan Univ. Based on availabilty, my second vaccine is scheduled at New Haven Health Department, 54 Vine St. Will the second shot also be Pfizer EN6201 please?

It will be Pfizer. Lot numbers differ but that's not pertinent. They offer both and 100% match the type you got for the first shot
