Website issue that nobody in corporate office wants to take care of. I tried to purchase a grill with my 30% off for signing up. What the online ordering did was purchased it then immediately refunded the money. I tried it again at full price and it did the exact same thing. I called norway store and they gave me corporate number to call. Two calls later and all I'm getting is a runaround from Lisa in customer service. Now the website thinks I used my 30% discount. Which is not right because something is wrong with the website.

The store associate that helped me with my order was a bit grumpy because he was not given his daily treats, apparently because he ate a couple packages of dog treats the night before.
