Officer Jose Silva and Ariel Martinez are the most unprofessional officers I've ever encountered. Silva definitely needs to be investigated because he loves to draw his gun over anything!!!!! Please Norwalk police department stop hiring people like this!!!!

Made the mistake to move to Norwalk. My car was vandalized right across from the PD building twice in one week and they are unable to resolve the issue. No wonder they have so many officers leaving and zero new recruits...

The office was super nice to us out of staters we hung out for about an HR. Getting our driving leg straight out. We were getting ready to go and couldn't find the keys he also helped us look for them. We did find them in the son's back pocket. Thank you for your service Lyn Colleen Dom Mieya

The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism by the officer that attended to my call is shocking!!! I reached out to file a police report and the lady i spoke to on the phone wouldn't even let me get a word in and to top it all off hung up on me!! THE STAFF NEEDS ABSOLUTE RETRAINING!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE THAT THESE OFFICERS AND STAFF GET PAID FROM CITIZENS HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS JUST TO DISRESPECT THEM!!!!!! I have called back over 5times and my calls are intentionally ignored! Very DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!
