According to the Instacart website it says not available in Springfield, MA area. I would suggest putting in your address and typing Big Y Fresh Acres and see if you get the same message.

Corporate did away with fresh acres to turn this into a big y they thought it was a good idea

I dont work there, but i can tell you they have soo many cheeses there...i love cheese and never seen nor heard of some of theses cheeses. Take a ride nice day out. Trust me you will not leave empty handed...good luck.

I know big Y is closed for Thanksgiving and fresh acres is owned by big y so there is a good chance they are close. Have a happy holiday!
