Went for ear pain causing a sore throat (no other symptoms) and they refused to see me in person due to the sore throat being a Covid symptom. Offered to schedule a telephone visit and can "prescribe antibiotics over the phone." That doesn't make sense. Blindly diagnosing over the phone without a physical exam is not providing good healthcare. Covid is not new. We are two years + into this pandemic and people should not be turned away for in person care. All that is going to do is force people into going to the ER for non- emergent illnesses.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL , DOCTORS WERE EXCELLENT , CARING & KIND & EFFICIENT THEY REALLY HELPED ME WHEN I WAS IN ALOT OF PAIN AND I WOULD TO THANK THEM & WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Go there 2.5 hours before they close and they stopped seeing patients.

They don't even have a doctor check you anymore. Ridiculous. Got someone guessing what's wrong and prescribing you medicine because of how you answer a questionnaire.

Baystate does not turn anyone away but you would need to go to the ER since Urgent Care does not have xray machine there
