GREAT EXAMPLE OF NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS! AGREED TO THERE OVERPRICED 10,000$ OVER MSRP MARKUP. RUSHED TO GET MY CAR I WAS TRADING IN CLEANED OUT PICKED UP MY KIDS EARLY FROM SCHOOL TO RUSH DOWN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PICKUP THE NEW VEHICAL BECUASE THEY WONT TAKE A DEPOSIT AND THEN THEY SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU WHEN YOUR ON THE WAY TO PICK IT UP UNBELIVABLE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND AGGRAVTION.

Unfortunatelty it has not gone well for me. The employees are nice but I can't say I agree with the service departments diagnostics. They want me to believe that an $80K AT4 2500 Diesel pulls to the right and that ALL these trucks have a tilted steering wheel to the left and that it is completely normal. I'm not buying that. My 2011 Navigator drives straight with a perfectly centered steering wheel. For what these trucks cost I expect the same. Going to contact GM.

Hi Linda yes we do have a mechanic on duty on Saturday's. Though making an appointment through our Business Development Center is strongly recommend to have your vehicle brought in and checked out. Appointments can be made at (239) 249-3407
Hi Diane, This is not something we are able to remotely complete. You should be able to go into Settings in Bluetooth within the vehicle and delete preexisting numbers. If you are unable to find where to complete this please stop by our service department at your convenience and we will gladly assist you. All of the employees have to wear masks, not the customers,and they clean your car after being serviced.
