I too was a customer for over 10 years. I loyally used the service department and both my husband and I purchased all our vehicles from the Used Car Lot. 3 months ago my husband bought an 2018 Esclade. 3 months later and 3000 miles he passed away. They offered me $18,300.00 less to buy back the vehicle. I was instructed to go to CarMax, as they would offer me more money. I left dumbstruck. They lost all my business and respect over a few thousand dollars. Believe me, I am sharing this story with all I know. So very hurt and disappointed.

This has to be the worst dealer! I gave them a $1000 deposit in June 2021 for brand new Escalade. I learned about a month ago that my order was never put in. Over last 12 months I stoped at least 20 times and was told that due to shortage there is a delay. but never was told that my car was never ordered. They sat on my money for a year. I am the fool here as I trusted the salesperson and their manager at the end I got my $1000 back as I canceled my dealings with them. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM DEVOE CADILLAC!

I would have never thought it but being a loyal Devoe customer for the last 10+ years I am very disappointed. I was told I was # 1 and my son #2 on their list and both gave deposits for the vehicle. I was told since they had offers that were 150K over sticker they would not be selling us the units and refunded our deposits. There is no loyalty among thieves. They had our money for at least 6 months before we were told. As a former FORD dealer We would never have done that to any customer weather long term or not. Just shows you how money drives them and not loyalty. Such a shame and they wonder why people hate dealers. All I can say is the market is turning and customers remember the JAGGOFFS. I will make sure I go somewhere else for my car needs.
