Staff is very friendly, service department extremely backed up to the point where they need to keep your vehicle for days before they can even diagnose the problems, so they offer courtesy rentals just until they get a chance to look at it. In order to cover for their cost of the rental they charge $185 to diagnose EACH issue if you choose not to have the work done plus shop supply fees for the diagnosis on top of that. I also found they refuse to guarantee their labor but would waive another diagnostic fee if the work performed failed, in order to make redeterminations.

They have specials and coupons,I would call them first, you need an appointment for a oil change.Its around 38.00 last time I was there

Most auto part stores will replace the battery for free if you buy the new one from them. Like Advance Auto Parts
Don't go here! Sales is really good. Service is the blackest pit of hell that you can ever imagine. I literally just turned in my Jeep 6 months early, paying the fee, just so I wouldn't have to deal with them ever again.
