My daughter wanted an updo for prom..we called 2 weeks in advance, when we got there they couldn't even find her appointment scheduled so they fit her in which was good but the job done was Terrible.not even an hour later and her do was coming undone..there was Not enough pins to hold it and No hairspray..she ended up going with a simple braid because it all fell apart..So Very SAD..and I paid $60 for it too!!!total waste of time and money
