I had the worst experience ever today with Lauren. Came in for a wash cut and full blow dry. Lauren started cutting my dirty hair without even brushing it out, asking what I wanted, and she didn’t even part it. When I asked why she was cutting my unwashed hair she said she used a spray bottle I explained that I wanted it washed. I thought she was maybe just doing a rough in but then she said she was all done and showed my hair which I was all knotted up and not even. When I asked when she was going to wash it she said she didn’t know I wanted it washed. After washing my hair she didn’t comb it and started to blow dry I had to ask her to brush my hair and fully dry it. That’s when I saw the worst haircut I have ever seen 😭 I don’t even know what I’m looking at but I knew it was horrible. It was completely uneven and choppy. The senior stylist agreed and was able to fix it which I am great full for but it’s now shorter than I asked. I think if Lauren spent the time to do a full consult and actually brushing my hair things would of gone better. I would love someone to contact me about this.
