Thank u Hyundai for declining to fix my motor that is still under warranty! I need to evacuate for the storm but have been without a car for almost a month. I guess I'll come stay in my car in the parking kot. Never did I think I'd have this much trouble out of a brand new Hyundai that my friend said we're such AMAZING cars.

I've had problems with this dealership. FIrst, when I bought a car the guy pitching the extra warranties used too much pressure and said things like if I ever get an oil change anywhere besides the dealership my warranty would be voided. Then I was billed for extra warranties I declined - thankfully they refunded this ASAP when I saw the total. Since then the speakers in my car, which are under a warranty I chose to get, keep breaking and I do not abuse them. In fact, I usually listen to audio books. They start making a scratchy distortion especially when there is bass. Last year when I brought my car in, it took literally 3 trips before they admitted to hearing the scratching. I then had to make a 4th trip in, after the parts were ordered and delivered, for them to fix it. Three weeks ago the speakers started scratching again (particularly the front passenger side speaker). I was worried they would deny hearing it again so I changed the audio settings so that the sound would only come out of the most damaged speaker. They called to say the fixed it but all they did was reset the settings and most likely assumed that the sound coming out one speaker was my concern and that I was not smart enough to fix the settings myself. I waited a month for that appointment. Now I have to schedule another appointment, which I'll probably wait weeks for, just for them to probably deny the problem exists again. I do not recommend this dealership or its repair shop.

Jerrett Warren has been the ABSOLUTE BEST SALESMEN I’ve ever met. He listen to all of my requests and met every single one of them. He’s very knowledgeable of the dashboard and more. HOWEVER!!!!! His best feature is his personality and his laugh. You guys struck gold when you added him to your team.
