An excellent place to park and enjoy your vacation. They do rentals by the month but at good rates. $600 a month, $50 deposit on power, they also have cable and WiFi, not sure what the rate is for it though. Very nice people and a quiet neighborhood.

Took our kayaks to the river bank below the RV park where there are no signs that say we could not. It said use at your own risk and was specifically for canoes and kayaks, but did not specify that it was not for public use. The minute we got out and walked up the stairs a woman and a man came and yelled at us that this was private property and we were not allowed to take our stuff up her stairs and that we would have to go back across the river. We were polite and left, and she stood at the top of the stairs the whole time until we were across the water. She had no reason to be rude and hostile and if she doesn’t want people to use that river bank then she needs to put signs up.

Fantastic clean little park and always treated with respect from management. Yes, there is rules but you also know that your staying at a safe and clean RV park. Best park around southwest WA.
