Ordered through the drive thru. The guy taking the order was very helpful and polite! The person handing out food, has 0 public skills! Had to even ask to have my fish & chips box put in a bag, as it wasn't going to stay closed. When I asked for ketsup and fry sauce, he acted so put out! Food was good and shakes are fantastic!!

Last time I had Burgerville was in Portland about 10 years ago, it was horrible. My family decided to get Burgerville today and I have to say it was delicious! Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers nice and juicy. Strips amazing!! And can't beat the milkshakes. The young lady who took my order was very polite and also the young lady at the window was very polite too. This location and this experience has redeemed Burgerville for me.

The lobby was closed when I went through the drive thru, but not sure if that's an all the time thing, or because of the time I was there, which was was rather late. That being said, the food was hot and good, and the service was friendly. I got the chicken and chips, and the tenders were some of the better I've had. One negative note... my roommate ordered a burger and stressed a few times that she wanted no onions (she's allergic), but got them anyway. So you may want to double check your food as she did if you order something left off.
