Was made to leave a deposit in order to get a condo. It did not go through and now we are waiting over a month for our deposit to be refunded! This is unacceptable

This used to be a nice, affordable place to live. Now they are literally kicking everyone out at the end of their lease, doing minor upgrades, and listing the “upgraded” apartments for almost double the original rent. This place will be a a ghost town in a few years. It’s already literally falling apart. Also: Good luck getting your deposit back.

Water goes out every once in a while with no notice. Grounds are in bad condition for the large HOA we pay . On our street there's a cat lady that has all our neighbors cars scratched up . She needs to keep them inside. We've complained before but she's friends with the lady from the office so nothing is done. I don't recommend living here. Your money's better somewhere else

Really sketchy. They wanted us to bring 3 different money orders to get a place. You had to call before placing the money orders and they give you 2 hours to get the money orders to their office. Never heard of an apartment requiring this and refused their process. Take a check, credit card, or direct deposit like a normal place.

I usually dump on the road or the maintenance dumpsters. They try to stop me in a sense but I dump anyways
Starting to look like it with the new dread heads walking down the streets here.
New owners I believe have good intentions but losing a lot of money with the course closed. They seem to be doing a good deal of work on the units but landscaping is struggling.
$400 per month
Yes the water is actually pretty good here at Greenleaf, been there here since 2008. Small period of time where we had a sulfur taste, but rarely any sulfur taste. The water gets tested regularly and everything is good.
You can drive through and look.
There is no green here. Brown fees
