So, what can I say? I used Tri Town to clean an investment property after a tenant left a few years ago. The tenant was a smoker so you can imagine. After Tom completed that job you would not know there had been a 20 year smoker in that home. Since then I hired Tom to clean my mother's home prior to sale and the same rental two years later. The results always surpass my expectations. Tom is personable, committed to excellent service and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a cleaning service!

Tom cleaned our house after we had some roof and ceiling construction, he was thorough and informative with his services. Tri Town Cleaning Services uses Very Low Moisture. The process is simple as vacuuming, agitating and extracting. The process leaves your carpets smelling great and looking good at the same time. With Steam and shampooing are also some great methods of cleaning carpets. But, you have to wait for a day, two or even three for it to dry with those methods. With VLM, you can expect you carpet dried within 2 to 3 hours or less sometimes. This method works for all Home & Business. Feel free to message me with any other questions.
The other method that Tri Town Cleaning Service does use is your Iron method. We have a special type of Iron that shoots out steam. While doing this method a few times, it can have some successful results.
Stubborn stains are just that for any carpet cleaner. Tri town only uses two products that tackles all organic matter and non-organic matter. By adding theses products to those stubborn stains can bring back your carpets back to its original state. A majority of time the entire stain will be removed, but cant guarantee that it will be. Definitely improved and knowledge of removal stains will be shared with our customer to prevent any further stains down the line.
Tri Town Cleaning Service formulates its own cleaners that are safe for you and your pets. We also use plant base solution on your upholstery. If you decide that you want to use a plant base solution for your carpets, please feel free to request that.
