I made the appointment online, confirmed it and confirmed twice via text for a Monday at 12. Then, I get a voicemail message on Saturday that I didn't see till later. A man calls to confirm AGAIN. Confused, I call back Monday and my appoint me to is GONE, not in the system and someone else has my 12 o'clock appointment. The office manager was confused and sorry. I thought, glitches happened until I realized that there is no way my appointment magically disappeared and someone else had the time. Who the heck does that guy think he is playing with appointments? I then had to sit in an hour of traffic to get to my appointment the next day. I'm not surprised they weren't busy and only went because they were on the way. The eye doctor was good and office manager was via phone, but I will never go there again and I recommend you don't either unless you want them to mess with you too.

I literally could not wait to type this out. I had the most pleasant experience at the VisionWorks in Wareham MA. The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable, especially being a new patient. The highlight of my experience was ordering new glasses with Danielle. Danielle went above and beyond to help me with glasses selection. Danielle was kind, accepting and very understanding. Danielle made picking out glasses enjoyable, and stress free. I have never left any dr appointment feeling the way I do now! Thanks Danielle !!

Do not ever use this company. Booked the soonest appointment they had available 3 weeks in advance. Verified they accepted our insurance, gave insurance info Member id signed paperwork. Received a phone call today less than 24 hours before the appointment telling me they wont use our insurance and we would have to pay out of pocket. Very unorganized, not helpful and hung up on me. This is the kind of service you do not want.

Vision works does not accept Mass Health.

Best if you did a search as there are many online retailers that carry that brand.
