Was in an unfamiliar area and this place caught my eye as a good place to try for brunch. It was late morning on a Sunday, so I knew there may be a wait. But wasnt expecting to hear a 90 min wait. We decided to order some mimosas while we waited. Just ordering those was a bit of an ordeal. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion behind the counter between people picking up to-go orders and people wanting to place orders. That part wasn't great, but not horrible either. We got thru half our carafe of mimosas when our name was called, which ended up being a tad less than an hour. That was a relief, as we were hungry. Our server, Kristine, quickly attended to us soon after sitting and it wasn't long after that we had some glasses of water too. She did a fantastic job attending to us throughout our meal. Now the food. I ordered a Waffle with eggs (over easy) and sausage. Everything was cooked well. The Waffle was just ok though. Didn't taste much different than an Eggo Waffle. Which isn't horrible, but I expect a little more when eating out. It was topped with fruit which was a nice touch. My date ordered a bacon melt with Country potatoes, and that was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the potatoes, they were cut into very large pieces. But that's a personal choice. In regards to price, I'd say it was fairly reasonable. So why only 3 stars? Considering the wait, the food wasn't worth that wait. It was decent, but not good enough for that kind of wait. I've had much better brunches elsewhere.

Got there early ..thankfully as the place filled up all the inside tables within five min! The coffee is great! Even comes with real cream in miniature milk bottles. I had the grilled cheese Benedict. Loved the spin on a grilled cheese to add the eggs Benedict. The potatoes were also really good. My wife had the bacon melt sandwich...she said it was so yummy. This is a great ace to eat, and I can see why it's so busy. Highly recommend.

My family had been raving about this place for quite some time and I managed a visit recently. They are very busy most times, for good reason, because their meals are delicious, and a little "upscale" for the diner vibe that the ambience …Thank you for dining with us, we can’t wait to serve you again!

Because they only do absolutely fresh ingredients, even menu staples seem to have daily variations due to what is in season and what looked to be the cream of that mornings crop. My advice is side up to the short counter at the front of the kitchen, look to your right and peruse the daily specials board. Still have questions? Ask. These people are not only skilled culinary professionals- they love what they do and will light up with an almost giddy smile when given the chance to discuss their delicious works of art. You will not be dissapointed.
Seating is done on a first come first served basis, however, reservations by phone are accepted for parties of 8 or more that are ok with dining family style. More info at http://baconandbuttersac.com/family-style-dining-bacon-butter/

Not inside
They do mimosas, manmosas, champagne and guava juice and some other stuff but you either order by the glass or by the pitcher.
They tend to be Organic in their foid choices so I'm confident the ouks are non-gmo.
Bacon & Butter would be an awesome place for Fathers Day! Everything on their menu looked amazing but you will want to get there early because we waited 1.5 hours for a table for 3 on a regular Sunday at noon.
No, we do not offer free WiFi
