When I'm feeling fancy I go here. Good breakfast burritos. But also good health foods everything is obviously lil pricey but expected. Large wine section. Deli area people behind the counter was super nice. People at the register are just rude in a passive aggressive way. Like they just got a chip on their shoulder.

I lived in Sac for 5 yrs, then moved back home to Los Angeles. I miss this place dearly. There is no place in LA like this store. I looked forward to coming here daily for their intricate fresh food, healthy selection of grocery and produce. I ate here daily when I was pregnant, and they had fresh hot food that was delicious. When I come back to visit, I will stop here first. I miss all the healthy eating alternatives in Northern Ca, but especially the coop Sacramento.

This place is also important to me it is like a united neighborhoods focus on investigating health around us all there is now resolution in sharing social market experience that is increasingly wonderful as the consumer earth world expresses more self other awareness and freedom including me I can't drink alcohol because I over react to sugar in candy bars But However there are great selections of everything here Mobi

Fresh, local produce. Fantastic meat counter. All things quality. Good beer selection too! On top of it all, the staff is super friendly and the lines are never too long.

The Co-op doesn't sell gatorade but has similar products like RWK Recharge.

Hi Anca. We're sold out today but will have True cod, Black cod and Rock cod in tomorrow. Hope that helps! We'll see you soon! Thanks!
Hello Aaliyah, We carry salmon bars from epic and also have gift boxes of smoked salmon in our meat department.
Yes. And you can sign up for a community card for 15% off with your EBT card. Even if your card runs out for the month, you can still use the community card for the discount.
No
Lamb sausage is available seasonally, and yes it is $9.99 per pound when it is available. You can always call for availability.
They have a large selection of natural herbs and products. I would recommend you call or go in to see if they have exactly what your looking for
Co-op began as a food buying club in 1972 and opened a storefront of primarily bulk foods at 16th and P Streets in downtown Sacramento. In 1973, this buying club was incorporated as the Sacramento Natural Foods Cooperative, a Board of Directors was elected and the first paid employee was hired. With continued growth, the Co-op needed a larger space and in 1974 the store was moved to 2996 Freeport Boulevard. In 1989, the Co-op moved to 1900 Alhambra Boulevard at the corner of S Street in Midtown Sacramento.
Nausea? Ginger can help settle stomach issues, but your friend should see a doctor.
No, I am sorry, we do not carry this product.
Yes, it is!
I pretty sure they do call first to make sure
yes we do!
I would call them
The best place(s) are always going to be your local Farmer's Market, but as Matthew J. commented, it is already out of season, and will be slim pickin's, if it's available! Co-Ops are your next best bet (in their Season)! Hope this helps!
Hi there. Thanks for your question. Unfortunatly no we don't carry any hay.
They might, but let me get back to you on that the next time I shop there. Since it is a supplement, look for it in the supplement aisles, and you can ask an employee that question too.
Yes via instacart or other delivery services.
I'm not too sure. I haven't seen any but you can call the store and ask them
They sell reishi products but im not sure if they sell the whole mushrooms.
They sell the dilliest of the dill pickles.
House
Yes we do!
Hi Mel. Unfortunately we don't carry the berry cobbler right now but we do have our cherry crunch which has a cobbler topping and a marionberry pie as well. $20.00 for a whole, $11 for a half and $4 for a slice.
Call me (?)
Yes you can come in with your backpack.
I think prices are a bit higher, but then it is all organic and high quality, and they have things that you might not find at Safeway or Raley's. We mostly shop at Belaire because the Coop is a ways from us and we only occasionally have a need to be in that area. When we are in the area we always stop at the Coop.
Yes, you can shop here without being a member. There are a bunch of spots open on the 2nd level of the parking garage. The elevator can fit a cart if needed.
Ask the store. I'm just another customer.
If everything is very fresh the fruit the vegetables the cheeses and everything else very good quality products, I recommend visit this place, thanks.
Not sure if they do, but you can always Google it, to find out if they do.
I do believe so . I just moved back a couple weeks ago. I plan on visiting tomorrow and I'll ask. I do believe they are.
We open every day 6 am - 11 pm for everyone! No membership required to shop here.
I'm not sure. I suggest you call them and ask.
Properly pastured eggs, when incorporated into a balanced or high fat low carb diet, can be an amazing staple. They contain many nutrients that are not bioavailable in plant form, including preformed animal cholesterol, which is cruical for vitamin d and hormone production.
Have you called them? They might be able to help. Also contact local indian stores they have it!
Good question. Have not had to look for some yet myself. Maybe call them directly.
Just show the front desk your ebt card and receive a discount card. Use it and an id when you check out.
We dont. The coop might.
Honestly don't know. Best to call them. Goodluck
Please call them directly.
They just got their turkeys in this week.
contact the store manager. this is a public forum and we cannot help with questions like yours
should be able to find at KP international market in Rancho Cordova
It's a little expensive. I rather get watermelons at trader Joe's
Sometimes have chirimoya which is a relative of soursop. Produce is season and local when possible but something tropical like that changes availability more frequently. Please call and ask.
There is a store behind the co-op that sells consumables that you can put in your own container
Do you mean a member? If so simply go to the customer service desk and pay 25 dollars for 6 months membership. You can renew for the rest of the year for anothedr 25. The coop will then give you 4 discount days per year, one each season where anything you buy will get 25% discount on top of all other deals. You do not have to be a member to shop there. There are many other perks too. Like lower fees for their amazing classes.
This is a membership driven Co-op. They dont have "loss leaders" like regular groceries. Member benefits are great.
Yes. In pretty sure they have it.
